Flores yacht charter — the whole arc, one crew.

Private crewed motor & sailing yachts along the full sweep from Labuan Bajo and Komodo National Park east to Maumere. Day trips from USD 1,850 per boat. Plan the stretch with our concierge team — figures indicative, as of 2026.

The Meridian Reach Planner

Drag two ports along the meridian. See how far the arc really reaches.

Set a west port and an east port. The planner lists the real anchorages inside that longitude band, an indicative cruising distance, a sensible minimum of nights aboard, the calmest-seas window and which craft suits the stretch. It is a geography picker, not a nights-first itinerary builder — the honest question it answers is how much of Flores can you cover, and how long does it take.

One crew, end to end

How a single crewed charter covers the whole arc.

Meridian Flores is an independent charter concierge. Trips are operated with Komodo Luxury, and the same crew stays with you from the western channels to the eastern hills — no daily hand-offs, no re-boarding a new day-boat each morning.

  1. 01

    Plot your reach

Use the planner above to set how far along the arc you want to travel. That defines the anchorages, the distance and a realistic minimum of nights.

  2. 02

    Match the vessel

We suggest a motor yacht for long open-water legs, or a sailing yacht for shorter, slower western stretches — then confirm a real per-boat rate.

  3. 03

    Board once, cruise the line

One crew, one vessel, from Labuan Bajo outward. You wake at each anchorage without repacking or re-boarding.

Motor or sail

Which craft suits which reach.

Motor yacht

Best for spans beyond ~120 NM

  • Holds schedule across the long Labuan Bajo → Riung → Maumere passages.
  • Faster open-water legs when you want the full east-to-west traverse.
  • Steadier for guests who prefer to keep moving between anchorages.

Sailing yacht

Best for the compact western cluster

  • Ideal around Komodo, Padar, Rinca and Pink Beach — short hops, slow days.
  • Quieter anchor time when covering less longitude at an easier pace.
  • The classic feel for a Komodo-focused western reach.

Charter cadence

The honest weather rhythm of the arc.

Broadly, Apr–Nov brings the calmest seas across Flores, with the settled window narrowing as you push east. Indicative, as of 2026 — always confirm current conditions on enquiry.

Anchorage field notes

Questions from the logbook.

Can one charter really run Labuan Bajo all the way to Maumere?

Yes — that is the whole point of a crewed private yacht. The full arc is roughly 198 NM and typically wants from 6 nights aboard, so a motor yacht suits the open-water legs. Exact routing, timing and rate are confirmed on enquiry. Indicative, as of 2026.

How many nights do I need for just the Komodo (western) reach?

The compact western cluster — Komodo, Padar, Pink Beach and Rinca — is covered comfortably in a shorter charter of a few nights, since the anchorages sit within a narrow longitude band. Drag both planner handles to the west end to see it.

Motor yacht or sailing yacht — how do I decide?

As a rule of thumb, spans beyond about 120 NM favour a motor yacht for the faster open-water passages toward Riung and Maumere; a tighter western reach can be enjoyed on a sailing yacht at a slower pace. The planner suggests one based on the reach you set.

When are the seas calmest?

Broadly Apr–Nov across the arc, with the settled window narrowing toward roughly Jun–Sep at the eastern end near Maumere. These are indicative patterns, as of 2026 — current conditions are always confirmed on enquiry.

What does a charter cost, and who operates it?

Day trips start from USD 1,850 per boat; multi-day per-boat rates depend on vessel and reach and are quoted on enquiry — see Flores yacht charter prices. Meridian Flores is an independent charter concierge; trips are operated with Komodo Luxury. We publish no ratings or awards.
