Meridian Flores is a trading brand operated by Komodo Luxury, an award-winning charter operator founded in 2015 and based in Labuan Bajo, Flores. Bookings and reservations are handled directly by the Komodo Luxury reservations team. The website publisher entity is Juara Holding Group.
When we present a specific yacht, we act as the charter arranger. Some vessels are operated directly; others are arranged via vetted, licensed partner operators and owners. Where Meridian Flores does not own or directly operate a vessel, the charter contract, safety compliance, and onboard service remain the responsibility of the licensed vessel owner or operator, and we act as the concierge intermediary connecting you to them.

Are the prices on this website guaranteed?
No. Every price on this website is indicative and subject to change. The example charter rates we publish are quoted in US dollars (USD), per boat for private full-vessel charter, and are current as of 2026 only. They are shown to give you a realistic sense of budget, not as a live quotation.
Actual pricing depends on the specific vessel, the season (peak demand falls in July and August), the exact itinerary, group size, fuel, and current park tariffs. The published USD figures carry no official Indonesian rupiah (IDR) equivalent and no fixed exchange date, so any IDR conversion you see elsewhere is an external estimate, not a figure we can stand behind.

How do Komodo National Park fees work?
Komodo National Park entry permits, dragon-viewing fees, ranger-guiding charges, and any dive or photography permits are set by the park authorities, not by Meridian Flores. These fees are paid at ranger stations on Rinca and Komodo islands and are typically charged per person, per day.
We do not control these tariffs and cannot guarantee them. Park pricing is set by regulation and is subject to change, and the exact current IDR tariffs and governing regulation numbers are not always published in operator sources. Expect a combined per-person, per-day cost covering park entry and ranger guiding, and confirm the live figure with the reservations team before departure. Any park-fee estimate on this site is guidance, not an official schedule.

What do we say about availability and outcomes?
We make no guarantee of vessel availability. Yachts are chartered on a first-confirmed basis, and popular vessels sell out early in the May-to-August dry season. A yacht shown on this website may already be booked for your dates.
We also make no guarantee of specific outcomes. Wildlife sightings (including Komodo dragons and manta rays), weather, sea conditions, water visibility, and access to individual sites such as Padar, Pink Beach, Manta Point, or the Riung 17-Islands group all depend on nature and on decisions made by the captain for safety reasons. Itineraries may be adjusted or shortened when conditions require it. Charter vessels operating in Komodo National Park must meet safety standards including life jackets, emergency communications, and fire extinguishers; final safety decisions rest with the captain and operator.
How do we handle your personal data?
When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, you share personal data such as your name, contact details, travel dates, and party information so we can prepare a quotation. We process this only to respond to your enquiry and arrange your charter.
